Refund Policy – Returns & Exchanges (U.S.)

We gladly accept returns for a full refund on items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused, provided they are in sellable condition with the original tags attached.

Important Notes:

  • Swimwear is eligible for return only if the hygiene seal is intact.

  • Do not combine items from multiple orders into a single return. Please submit a separate return request for each order to ensure proper processing.


Return Window

You must initiate your return within 30 days from the date of purchase.


How to Return

  1. Start your return at: [Your Return Link]

  2. Enter your order number and ZIP/postal code.

  3. Select the items you wish to return.

  4. Choose your preferred return method:

    • Via mail, or

    • In-person drop-off (if available in your area).

  5. You’ll receive an email with a QR code or a prepaid return shipping label.

Packaging Guidelines

  • In-person drop-off: No packaging is necessary.

  • Mail returns: Securely package your items (using the original packaging if possible).


Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • In-person returns: within 24 hours

  • Mail returns: within 72 hours of delivery to our facility

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement depending on your financial institution.
