We ship to over 200 countries worldwide.

Some remote areas may be unavailable; if that’s your case, contact us to arrange a custom order.

Orders are processed the same day or the next day, depending on the time they are placed.

Estimated shipping times by region:

  • United States: 4–8 business days

  • Canada and Europe: 4–8 business days

  • UK, Australia, New Zealand: 4–8 business days

  • Central & South America: 5–10 business days

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • Africa: 6–10 business days

Maximum delivery time: 10 business days.

All times exclude customs/clearance delays.


2. Lost or Missing Packages

We offer full compensation for any lost or damaged package.

We will reship your order at no extra cost.

Contact us at info@bagy-bagy.com and we’ll process your replacement the same day.

Bagy Bagy is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before placing your order.

If the error is ours, we take full responsibility and will send your original order free of charge.


3. Tracking Information

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.


4. Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns on personalized or sale items.

To request a return, email info@bagy-bagy.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once the item is received.


5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Contact us at info@bagy-bagy.com with photo or video evidence of the damage.

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size or color selection.


6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours after placing it.

After that time, your order will already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
